Elevating the Gifted is about sharing ideas, developing effective practice and working together to improve opportunities for More Able learners. I’m always keen to connect with schools, educators and organisations and parents to explore new ideas, share expertise and develop meaningful projects.

• INSET & Professional Development – Tailored, research-informed sessions to help schools develop effective policy and provision for More Able learners.
   

• Support for Parents – Guidance and academic coaching to help parents understand, support and nurture their child’s potential.
   

• Mentoring & Coaching – Supporting teachers, school leaders and individual students to develop confidence, resilience, independent thinking and academic potential.
   

• Research & Collaboration – Explore research, pupil voice and effective practice, and collaborate on new projects and initiatives.
   

• Speaking & Workshops – Conference presentations, keynote talks and practical workshops for schools and educational organisations.
